Our Story

From the outback to your door.

It started in Katherine, in the Northern Territory. Local beekeepers introduced us to the region's pristine hive country — vast, diverse, and untouched landscapes that produce some of Australia's finest honey.

Our first bottles were filled in the backyard and living room, then sold to friends, neighbours, and eventually local butchers and health food shops. Word spread. Demand grew.

We moved to Brisbane to expand, but never left Katherine behind. We still harvest from those original NT hives, and now source from Queensland and neighbouring states too. Every jar is packed at our BRC-certified facility in Brendale, QLD, and shipped directly to you.

Why we do it.

We believe Australians deserve honest honey — raw, unfiltered, and exactly as nature made it. No heating. No blending with imported honey. No additives. Just pure Australian honey, from our hives to your home.
