From the Desert to the Coast
It started in Katherine, in the Northern Territory. Local beekeepers introduced us to the region's pristine hive country — vast, diverse, and untouched. Our first bottles were filled in the backyard and living room, then sold to friends, neighbours, and eventually local butchers and health food shops.
We moved to Brisbane to grow, but never left Katherine behind. We still harvest from those original NT hives, and now source from Queensland and neighbouring states too. Every jar is packed at our BRC-certified Brendale facility and shipped directly to you. No imports. No blends. No shortcuts.

Our honey is sourced from hives in the Northern Territory — where our story began in Katherine — and from Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Every batch is independently tested and packed at our certified Brendale QLD facility.

Yes — every jar is raw and unfiltered. 100% pure, raw, Australian honey — unheated and untreated. Lightly filtered through a 200 micron filter only. Straight from the hive to you.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Honey has an indefinite shelf life when stored correctly. If it crystallises (a sign of genuine raw honey), place the jar in warm water and stir gently. Never microwave. If 'Creamed Honey' and the rooms temperature is going to exceed 30 degrees. Please keep it in the fridge.
